You already have the confidence and the presence. What's missing is permission, and no one's coming to hand it to you.
Presence · Performance · Influence · Impact
Six weeks: from silencing your presence to speaking first, with power.
Apply for your placeThe pattern
You got the promotion because you earned it. And every day, with the people you lead, you continue to prove why. With them, you know exactly who you are. Then three things happen.
You walk into a room with the CEO, or the board, and something shifts. Challenge doesn't rattle you. You can defend a position all day when someone pushes back.
You can see exactly where the discussion is going wrong. You wait for a pause that feels sufficiently earned, and someone else fills it first.
You've told yourself to just speak up more. You've rehearsed answers before big meetings. None of it touches the real problem.
It's a quieter belief that contributing unprompted, in front of people with more authority, experience or status, is presumptuous rather than simply part of your role now.
What plays back on repeat is the exact moment you knew what needed to be said, and watched someone else say it first.
Your presence is still there, just silenced, along with the impact and influence that shape your leadership.
Six weeks from now, you walk into that same room and you speak first.
You'll know exactly what to say, because you finally believe your words belong in the room. No script required.
You stop performing for a job that's already yours.
The version of you that shows up under pressure and scrutiny is finally the same person who shows up for your own team.
Before → after
Rehearsing your opinion in your head while someone else says it out loud.
Saying it first, before anyone else gets the chance to.
Waiting for a pause that feels earned enough to speak into.
Speaking before anyone hands you permission, because you already have it.
Lying awake at 11pm replaying the sentence you didn't say.
Walking out of the room, proud, with nothing left unsaid.
Decisive with your own team, quietly disappearing with the board.
The same person, trusted, in both rooms.
Second-guessing your own judgement under pressure, even when it's right.
A resilient leader who endures ambiguity and guides teams through clarity and sound judgement.
Reacting to whatever the room throws at you, one meeting at a time.
A proactive driver of effective decision-making, collaboration, and sustained performance.
Who this is for
The programme
Six weeks, six letters: the exact method behind everything on this page, grounded in behavioural science. Every week builds directly on the exact skill the one before it required.
We name the real block precisely, mapping the specific rooms and moments where you currently wait to be asked. You leave with a written permission map, and you speak first, unprompted, in one real meeting before the week is out.
Decision-making frameworks built for high-stakes environments, adapted to boardroom pace. You leave with a fast-read checklist you can run in under ten seconds, mid-meeting.
Live practice in small pairs within the cohort, rehearsing initiating an opinion in front of people simulating senior leadership. You leave with direct, specific feedback on how you come across when you lead with a view, unprompted.
We reframe silence, yours and others', so a pause reads as authority, not hesitation. You leave with a personal script for the moment right before you speak.
A live mock board session, run in small groups so everyone is seen and heard, where you practice naming what nobody else is saying, and disagreeing with someone senior without over-explaining or apologising. You leave having done, in a rehearsal, exactly what you've been avoiding in real rooms.
You close the gap between who you are with your team and who you are with the board, and leave with a personal leadership statement, tested live in the final session.
What you get
Four live 1:1 sessions across six weeks, plus voice-note access between sessions so you have real-time support before high-stakes meetings, whenever you actually need it.
A one-page decision-speed framework you can use in your very next senior meeting, before the programme officially begins.
A recorded mock board session where you practice disagreeing with someone senior, out loud, with real feedback, so the first time you do it for real isn't actually the first time.
A voice-note prompt you can use in the ten minutes before any high-stakes meeting, built to fit inside time you already have.
A private opening conversation, before Week 1, that names the unspoken fear directly: that needing this means you're not ready. You start the programme already past it, not carrying it.
A personalised diagnostic before Week 1, so the six weeks are built around your specific pattern from day one, tailored to you before you've even started.
Total bonus value: £1,450, included at no extra cost inside your £1,987 investment (+ VAT).
About
Wing Commander Jacqui Wilkinson, Royal Air Force
"My office was an airfield in Afghanistan. Decisions had to be made in real time, with real consequence, and there was no waiting to be asked.
Speaking first was never about natural boldness for me. The environment demanded it, the same way yours does now.
Leadership performance shaped every stage of my Royal Air Force career: twelve appointments, culminating in the rank of Wing Commander, across operational command, strategic logistics, and NATO operations. As Duty Air Movements Officer in Afghanistan, I was responsible for global passenger and cargo operations.
I later served as Deputy Senior Air Movements Officer, second in command of one of the largest Movements Squadrons in the RAF, circa 300 personnel, 80 percent working 24/7.
I led Air stakeholder engagement for a £2.5 billion digital transformation programme as Business Change Manager for requirements capture and capability integration, and I served in the Operations Directorate in NATO Allied Joint Force Command.
I hold an MSc in Leadership and Management (Distinction), and I'm a CMI Level 5 Coach and Mentor, a certified Business Change Management practitioner, a certified behavioural change coach, and a keynote speaker.

Before you book
Most leadership training teaches you what good leadership looks like. You already know that. This works on the specific moment where knowing isn't the problem, where you freeze before anyone's asked you anything. That's a narrower, harder thing to fix, and it's the only thing we work on.
The between-session voice-note support is built to fit inside meetings you're already having, not add new ones. Most of the real work happens in rooms you're already sitting in.
By week five, you'll have rehearsed disagreeing with someone senior live, with feedback, before you ever have to do it for real. You're practising the actual skill under pressure, long before you need it for real.
I served an operational tour in Afghanistan as Duty Air Movements Officer, responsible for global passenger and cargo operations in real time. I later served as Deputy Senior Air Movements Officer, second in command of a squadron of 300 personnel, and led Air stakeholder engagement for a £2.5bn digital transformation programme at board level. The environments look different. The moment of having to decide, out loud, before anyone gives you permission, is exactly the same.
No. The leaders who get the next seat still doubt themselves sometimes. They've simply closed the gap between their judgement and their voice before anyone else notices it's there. Think of this as the last ten percent of the work, worth finishing.
Eight spots, this cohort
If the gap between who you are with your team and who you are with the board is starting to cost you something, this is where you close it.
Your name and email, what's bringing you to this now, and how soon you want it solved. Takes about two minutes.
A short call comes next: no payment, no pressure, just a conversation about whether this is the right fit.
